How To Use Magnesium Oil

There are so many wonderful and easy ways you can use this product everyday. There is an extremely versatile database of uses. Here’s some of my favorites and a good starting point, but this stuff is AMAZING for you and completely safe to use as often as you want and in as high of a quantity as you’d like, so feel free to have some fun and get creative with it.

Foot soak:  This is possibly one of the quickest and best ways to get it right into your system.  Doing these 6 days a week will have the most dramatic raise of your intercellular magnesium levels.

Directions:  Add 2-4 ounces of magnesium oil and then top with enough water to cover the tops of your toes.  Soak for 15-20 minutes and discard after using.

Bath Soak:  If you’re looking for a great way to wind down and center yourself, this is it!

Directions:  Add 4 or more ounces to your bathtub and soak for 20-30 minutes.  Be sure to be fully submerged, and if you have a smaller tub, do a few rotations.

Topical:  There are many ways you can use magnesium oil topically.  It is great for massages or just a layer for yourself.  The best places for absorption are at the bottoms of your feet and over your heart, but it can be applied all over the body.  (Remove contact lenses if applying to face.)

8 sprays equal 100 mg of elemental magnesium. So I generally like to use at least 30-50 sprays or more, be sure to spray and then massage in for super absorption.

Directions:  Especially if you have sensitive skin, it’s good to dilute with equal part water or any other form of dilution you would like.  Although there is no need to rinse off, when the solution dries, it leaves its natural salts behind, and may tend to feel dry or uncomfortable.  I like to do this before I take a shower, or if you just do your feet, a quick rinse will do the trick!
