Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic adaptogen famous for its ability to support stamina, endurance, and energy. Ashwagandha translates roughly to “the strength and smell of a horse” - a name that definitely hints at the vitality boost that this herb imparts.

An Ayurvedic “Rasayana” or Rejuvenator

Like holy basil, ashwagandha is one of the few herbs classified as a “rasayana” in the Ayurvedic system. A rasayana is a sort of rejuvenator of the “path” or “essence” and thought to lengthen life and invigorate the body. HOW TO USE

Dosing | How to Use This Spagyric TinctureStart with 1 dropper under the tongue or in a little bit of hot water, 1-3x per day, or as needed. The latter is my favorite way of consumption as the hot water seems to open everything up and allow all of the amazing aromatics and flavor compounds to fully express themselves.

It is also recommended to cycle this product, meaning 5 days on, 2 days off.

Personally, I notice benefits from taking only 3 drops 2-3x per week before bed.
