Cordyceps is one of the BEST herbs to consume during the fall and winter because of its amazing effect to balance the respiratory system, boost energy, and gently support the immune system. This recipe combines the mood enhancing effect of chocolate and Mucuna, along with the legendary herb Cordyceps, synergistically providing a pure power food that can be enjoyed guilt free.

Ingredients for Brownies

  • ¾ Cup of Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup of Cacao Paste
  • ½ Cup of Cacao Powder
  • ½ Cup of Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt
  • ¼ Cup of Hyperion Cordyceps Extract
  • ¼ Cup of Mucuna Extract
  • ⅓ Cup of Chopped Walnuts (soaked)
  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup
  • Dried Goji Berries

Method for Brownies

  • Take cacao paste, cacao powder, Himalayan sea salt, Cordyceps extract, Mucuna extract, vanilla extract, maple syrup, hemp seeds and mix them in a food processor or Vitamix until well combined
  • Then, place brownie batter in a bowl
  • Fold in walnuts and cacao nibs until evenly mixed in the batter
  • Pour the batter in a 4×6 inch pan or glass container
  • Top the brownies with dried goji berries
  • Allow the batter to harden in the fridge for an hour and serve
