This organically grown dong ding oolong was processed in the traditional “old school” Taiwanese style which mostly been abandoned in modern tea processing because it requires so much more time, energy, and skill to produce. As a result the energy and personality of this is really soft, inviting, and approachable while allowing you to get a glimpse as to why Taiwanese tea because so famous in the first place.
