Cordyceps is an excellent herb for supporting the lungs and kidney systems before winter begins. These two physical components support appropriate body warmth, and circulation of water metabolism throughout the body which prevents weight gain and endemic related bloating. Because of these reasons and its immune boosting qualities, Cordyceps is the ideal herb to include in the fall season!
