Nighttime Nourishment Elixer

This is not just one of the most nutritious and nourishing herbal blends ever, but also highly effective for relaxing at the end of a long day and helping with insomnia before bed.  Ingredients:

5 cups spring or filtered water

2 fistfuls of Oat Straw

2 fistfuls of Hoarse Tail

1 fistful of Passionflower

2 teaspoon- of Hyperion Nettle Extract

Raw Organic Honey (To taste)

Serves: 3 potent portions! 😉

*Optional: If you prefer a more milky drink add hemp seed milk as a tea creamer.

Directions:

1. Add Oat straw, hoarse tail, and passionflower to a small pot

2. Add spring/filtered water bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer

3. Let herbs decoct for 5-10 minuets minuet

4. Strain into large glass or heat resistant pitcher

5. Add raw honey or maple syrup to taste and nettle extract

6. Stir and enjoy!
