This Gynostemma extract is really potent. I can feel that calm, clean energy and especially when combined with Cordyceps, it gives you tons of energy. I'm thinking of going for some Black Ginger next to add to this stack. But Gynostemma is so calming and balancing.
I have yet to try it but from what I read it seems to be particularly powerful, so I expect great benefits 😉

I came across this tea through a FB ad, then went and searched for a store. Found hyperionherbs and now it's my number one favorite tea to drink all day. It's so good at helping the body rid itself of infection and boosting the immune system there's pretty much nothing better to turn to. Add a little organic ginger to a cup and within 24 hours you can go from crap to great so as you can get back to doing what you do best
This is a very high quality tea. The leaves are beautiful and whole and the potency is high. It gives me a ton of energy without feeling stimulated. I am going to start drinking this instead of coffee in the morning because it works so well. Nice flavor, mellow after steeping for 3 minutes and then it gets more robust if left to steep longer. It’s a great value too. There is so much in the bag and you can reuse the leaves so I find that one teaspoon of the dried leaves is enough to last me through multiple cups all day. I love this stuff!!
Great tisane to drink alone or blend. I’ve bought cheaper ones before and they’ve had maggots and dirt throughout them. A tiny bit of dirt is fine, but they were super granular. This one though, clean, sweet, and delicious. Photo from a gong-fu morning brew :^)

At your suggestion I combine with Lion's Mane before morning meditation and although I still get sleepy they do help somewhat. The sleepiness is an undiagnosed issue.

When I ran out, I after a couple of days, I started to realize the impact of Gynostemma. It has this subtle but very calming and energizing effect on you that you notice once you're not taking it. I have to say that this is the most potent Gynostemma extract I've ever had and I'll keep buying it because I love it with the Reishi.

I haven’t had much time to test the product but so far I have felt more calm after drinking the tea. I didn’t really believe you only need a rice grain amount but it’s true! If I add anymore than that it’s very bitter. It’s such a small looking bag but it will definitely last me all year. I am excited to see the results after using for a few weeks or months.
